IVE LOST MY PUBIC HAIR WHERE IS I.

YOUR PUBIC HAIR IS IN MY BASEMENT.
Don't ask me how it got there.

Man, I know what you mean! That's happening to me too, now...and in literature class. I had to read a book that explained how to find and understand every bit of hidden detail and symbolism in literature..basically ruining a book and my creative writing skills. Now I am so aware of what I write that it looks fake and has an unnatural flow.
Anyway, first year at a new school is always a bit hard but I'm glad you're doing good. :)

Oh, you're a writer ^^
I like to write too, but i do that in Dutch though :p
But i'm sure that you'll be a better writer because of those classes, although it isn't showing now ;-)

OK, here's a piece of advise for MH and alternative solution:
You two keep on with your creativity. The learning you're doing now it's giving you more potential. Yes, at the moment it makes everything look strange. You are probably worried of what you are transmitting with your creativity. But I think it's very important that you absorb as much as you can of those things you are learning. You were probably using many of them already, without being concious.
You can always create something and analyse it later, as many writers or composers probably do. They create and then they edit it and correct it to give make it not only nice, but also full of the real feeling they are trying to transmit with their creations.
Don't take this learning that you're doing as something negative. It's just part of the process and you might disagree with some of the things you learn. But that will be part of the process too.

I agree. I've got nothing more to add, really :p
