[Oki The Giant Green Bear]

I love it!!! :D :D :D

To be honest, i wasn't impressed when the song started, but slowly i started to like it more and more.
I really like the drums and the progression of them. The drums really make the difference in this song.
You know what i would like to see? A flash movie with Oki and this music playing in the background.
Also, this song is perfect to put vocals on. Heck, this song is almost good for everything!
You did a very great job making this.
It's going to be in my favourites! :D

Hell yeah!

I don't even remember how the previous version sounded, but it's improved alot!
What i really like is the build up to that very fast and awesome part of the song at 1:15.
Hey wait a minute, that's the whole song :P
I remember that i said in a review on the previous version that it needed more power. And this song has power!
The only thing weird is that long silence at the end :P
Conclusion:
An awesome song with power, well chosen instruments and addictiveness.

You liked the last section? I actually didn't like that section too much. I was thinking of completely replacing it. But I may incorporate parts of it into the replacement now.

The silence is the fault of some of the soundfonts. Some of them don't cut off immediately and register as making sound way after they're completely silent.

Glad you think it has power, that means I did the right thing.

Thanks a lot for this review, I still got tons of work to do on this song and I need as much input as I can get.

The only thing is that the beginning is a bit out of tune. Or was it intentional?
The rest of the song is just awesome!
I hope this will get used in a flash, because i think it would really fit in one.

This is definatly better than your other song, the one with the poem.
I don't like that part at 2:13 though.
But i think this could definatly be played in a club.

Erhm

The beginning is very nice.
But after the intro you hear that low piano note sequence the whole time and that gets so boring.
It's not bad sometimes to use the same sequence over and over, but it shouldn't be the main instrument.
That tone is just too heavy.
I'll go check some other stuff of you, because i want to know if you can do better and i have the feeling that you can.

Pretty good

I like the intro with the harp and that that trombone(?) comes in. That's a pretty cool start.
Then at 0:16 the song gets in a new section, but i do think it needs a lot more power. Heavier drums and a low horn maybe? Just a suggestion :P
The choir that comes in at 0:52 is perfectly timed and fits good with the rest of the instruments.
Also i think that the ending is too abrupt.

That are some some good and less good (not bad) points in the song.
Overall, my score is a

Thanks man, I'm actually in the process of reorchestrating this whole section. And the ending was a bit abrupt because I want to add a "war" section to it. What you heard was just the march.

Oh and those were french horns, not a trombone lulz. The trombone comes in later in the song actually.

I'm thinking of replacing the general brass stacs with a tuba. And I do need heavier drums, these things are weeeeeaaaaak!

Huh?

I thought i already wrote a review :P
Anyway, this song has very much potential.
The things i don't like are the beginning (from 00:39 it's really nice) and that part at 1:14 sounds out of tune sometimes.
So there needs to be some changes to this song, but overall it's very good. And i really like the drums!

Normally i don't rate WIP songs, but because you've been zerobombed i'll vote 5

Thanks man, that really helps me figure out what should be changed. I tried to go with a really complicated chord/melody mix and some really drastic chord/scale changes. In addition, I tried to eliminate the basic 4/4 or 6/4 structure of a song. It was pretty much inspired by what I heard when I was recomposing that song from FF8. Furthermore, I wanted to get away from the limits of normal 3 note chords and throw significant variation in there.

Thanks for the feedback, it was especially important for this song. I'm gonna seek some more opinion on this song and then decide where to go from there because I may just scrap it and do another song using the same principles I experimented with in this song. In fact, as I type this, that sounds like a better and better idea.

The fact that you're 13 makes me so happy, because you have so much time left to get even better. I think and hope you haven't reached your top as a composer yet.
And it's pretty funny, but nobody at my school knows i'm a composer too :P And they probably never will know, execpt if i become famous, which will never happen.
Anyway, very VERY nice song!
